Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service total is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.
• Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking.
• For last-minute bookings (within 48 hours of the appointment), the deposit must be paid within 30 minutes of booking.
• If not received, the appointment will be canceled.
Note: Clients rebooking at the end of their service do not need to pay another deposit.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• No-call/no-shows will be charged 70% of the service fee.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in automatic cancellation and a 50% fee.
3. Rescheduling Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• After one transfer, a new deposit will be required.
4. Card on File
A valid card on file is required for all clients to book and hold appointments. This card will only be charged if policies are not followed (late cancellations, no-shows, etc.).
