Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service total is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.
β’ Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking.
β’ For last-minute bookings (within 48 hours of the appointment), the deposit must be paid within 30 minutes of booking.
β’ If not received, the appointment will be canceled.
Note: Clients rebooking at the end of their service do not need to pay another deposit.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
β’ Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
β’ No-call/no-shows will be charged 70% of the service fee.
β’ Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in automatic cancellation and a 50% fee.
3. Rescheduling Policy
β’ Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
β’ After one transfer, a new deposit will be required.
4. Card on File
A valid card on file is required for all clients to book and hold appointments. This card will only be charged if policies are not followed (late cancellations, no-shows, etc.).
